This is a well-made leather mini-wallet with stitching (heavy thread) around the edges. Designed for a very thin wallet replacement. There are times when you might prefer to carry a single credit card or ATM card and some form of ID (like a driver license). Another combination could be an ID and some folded paper money. The "slim" is the defining feature. The two thin pockets are tight but should loosen a bit with use to make it easier to remove the contents. In other potential uses, the size and shape of the wallet makes it easy to retrieve your ID or payment card from deep in a backpack, purse, or other carrying accessory. The thin wallet isn't restricted to your pocket. There are probably many more practical ways to use the wallet.
