Based on the reviews, I sized up because I didn’t want to get something that was too small in the hips and butt. For reference, I’m 5ft, 140lbs, 32-29-42 and curvy with hips and butt. Due to the fact that many people said these run small, I ordered an X-large and actually could have sized down. The XL fits between 39-41 inch waist and 45-47 inch hips so I probably could’ve gone with a Large for a better fit to be honest. There is a drawstring in the waist so it can be adjusted to fit though so I’m using that to create a more snug fit around the waist. Other than that, everything else is well made and the inside is comfortable and not itchy. The length is perfect. My inseam is 30 inches for reference. These will go perfect with a matching hoodie that I received recently.
